Policy for the COVID-19
Health and safety protocols have been implemented to ensure your safety and that of our employees. With below guidelines, African Outback Safaris welcomes you to a cleaner and safer environment for an unforgettable safari experience:
ENHANCED LEVEL OF HYGIENE
All our safari vehicles are regularly cleaned and disinfected. Hand sanitizers are available for use in the vehicles. Our Quality Control Department will carry out random checks to ensure this is always implemented.
PROTECTIVE BARRIERS
All our employees are provided with and required to wear face masks/face shields at all times. Clear protective barriers are placed in our vehicles between the driver's and passenger's cabins to prevent droplet infection.
SOCIAL DISTANCING
In order to maintain social distancing, we have removed a few seats from our vehicles. During briefing, we have made special arrangements with hotels to provide spacious and airy rooms/areas depending on the number of guests.
APPROPRIATE HEALTH CHECKS
All our guests will undergo a temperature check prior to any safari using a non-intrusive Thermo Gun. For any temperature above 37.5 degrees Celsius, one will not be allowed to proceed and henceforth follow procedures set by the Ministry of Health. Guests are also requested to wear appropriate face masks at all times during the safari. Your luggage will be also be sprayed with disinfectant before loading. We kindly request for your co-operation.
INDUSTRY PARTNERS
All establishments I.e. hotels, restaurants, etc included in your itinerary have been highly vetted and found to observe the Ministry of Health set rules and guidelines.
We welcome you to Kenya and assure you of our dedication in keeping you safe and healthy while traveling with us.
